  • CP Sport open its new online shop today which has clothing and kit ideal for adults and children who enjoy active lives and being part of the CP Sport community. The money raised through the shop will directly help CP Sport to support even more people with cerebral palsy to have the opportunity to access and enjoy physical activity.

    This new shop follows the introduction of the new CP Sport branding and logo in August.  The aim of the new branding was to create something that all members and the cp community can enjoy and feel part of. Online café participants provided ideas and feedback, which helped to develop the new look. The wider response from members and partners to the vibrant colours and style introduced across all platforms has been very positive.

  • COVID-19 and the Healthcare App Explosion

    Last year, the COVID-19 pandemic created an unprecedented disruption to healthcare systems across the globe. This caused rapid dynamic changes in terms of demand and capacity within healthcare which led to the traditional face-to-face patient-physician model coming to almost a complete halt during the first UK lockdown.[1] This presented the opportunity for innovation, resulting in the rapid deployment of new digital technologies, care models and healthcare apps.

  • As the government eases lockdown restrictions for sport, more people with cerebral palsy will be able to find local sport and activity clubs through a brand-new online club finder.

    Cerebral Palsy Sport (CP Sport) has launched ‘Club Finder’ on its website this week which will enable more people with cerebral palsy the opportunity to connect with a club and find a sport to suit them as the restrictions ease.
