By Car

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is located just off the A325, accessible from the M3 (J4) and A31.

Please check with your event organiser which Gate will be accessible and specifically type in Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre and add the relevant Gate letter if using a Satnav.

When you see 'Exhibition Centre' brown signs or AA yellow event signage, please ignore Satnavs and refer to the relevant gate or entrance. Please do not just follow your Satnav all the way as it will likely take you to the wrong gate you require and delay your arrival.

By Train

The closest train station to Farnborough International is Farnborough Main, served by regular Southwestern Railway services. There are also nearby stations including Farnborough North, North Camp, and Aldershot, which are all only a short taxi ride from the venue.

Trains run frequently throughout the day. If you’re travelling from further afield, you may need to make a connection depending on your route, but there are regular services on the main lines that serve the Farnborough area.

A free shuttle bus operates on event days between Farnborough Main station and the venue entrance, running throughout the duration of the event.

If you arrive at Farnborough Main station, taxis are also readily available, and the venue is approximately 1.5 miles away, around a five-minute journey.

If your train does not go directly to Farnborough Main, you can travel to Farnborough North, North Camp, or Aldershot instead, and complete the journey via a short taxi transfer.

Travelling via London? Transport for London offer a Turn-up-and-go service on the London Underground and London Overground which anyone can use, there is no need to pre-book, you just turn up at the station and ask staff for assistance.

By Bus & Coach

Coach services by National Express and Megabus operate long-distance coach services from major cities across the UK to stops in and around Farnborough. Once you arrive by coach, it is simple to continue your journey to Farnborough International using local bus routes or a short taxi ride.

Several local bus services run close to the venue, making onward travel straightforward. Useful routes include:

  • Route 1 – running between Aldershot and Farnborough, with stops close to the exhibition centre.
  • Route 10 – connecting Farnborough with nearby areas such as Church Crookham, stopping within walking distance of the venue.
  • Routes 401 and 402 – serving Farnborough and surrounding neighbourhoods, providing additional access options for event attendees.

Nearby bus stops for reaching the venue include The Tilly Shilling, Clockhouse, Kingsmead North, and Ham and Blackbird. From these stops, it is only a short walk to Farnborough International.

By Plane

If you’re travelling from overseas or other parts of the UK, the closest major airports are London Heathrow and London Gatwick, both of which offer convenient public transport options to reach Farnborough International.

From London Heathrow:

You can travel to Farnborough easily by public transport. Take a RailAir or local bus service to Woking or Reading, where you can connect to frequent train services to Farnborough Main. From Farnborough Main, it’s a short taxi or local bus journey to the venue.

From London Gatwick:

Regular train services operate from Gatwick to Guildford and Woking, both of which offer direct connections to Farnborough Main. Onward travel to the venue can be completed by local bus or taxi.

Both airports also offer a wide range of coach and bus services connecting to towns in the Hampshire and Surrey region, making it simple for visitors to reach Farnborough International using public transport throughout their journey.

By Taxi

Farnborough International works closely with reliable local taxi providers to ensure visitors have access to safe and friendly transport throughout their visit. Taxis are available 24/7 across Farnborough, and vehicles can be booked by phone, online, or via local operator apps. You can also pick up a taxi from clearly marked taxi ranks in Farnborough town centre and at nearby train stations.

If you are arriving by taxi and have your Blue Badge with you, you can be dropped off at the main entrance and if you require collection the taxi will be permitted to pick you up from the main entrance.
