Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are very welcome at Naidex.

Assistance animals are welcome at Naidex. Please make sure you align with the venue's policy below.

Assistance animals must be trained to an appropriate standard, must show appropriate behaviour during their visit and must always remain under control. We recommend the use of passport schemes such as those offered by Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or the International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF), or the Assistance Dog Assessment Association, which allow easy recognition of training and suitability for the environment. Anyone bringing an assistance animal onsite (that does not have a visible harness) can collect an animal pass from a member of the venue team at the venue entrance. This will allow the animal and owner to remain at the show uninterrupted. No other dogs or pets are permitted.

A dedicated Paws & Pause area is available where dogs can rest, rehydrate, and access outside space.

We kindly ask that assistance dogs wear a harness, lead, or jacket where possible and remain under control at all times.

To support visitors with vision or hearing impairments, we provide:
