Naidex has evolved every year since its inception over 50 YEARS ago, but 2026 marks a huge leap with entirely new spaces, fresh experiences and expanded zones that didn't exist last year. Here's what's new, what's changed, and why you need to grab a ticket.

This year, Naidex is introducing experiences designed not just to inform you, but for you to feel, interact with and participate in. Here's what's waiting for you on the show floor. Get involved!

🟠 Brand-New: Naidex Junior

For 2026, we’re launching Naidex Junior - a dedicated space for disabled children and young people, families, schools and healthcare professionals.

Step inside and you'll find:

  • A dedicated Naidex Junior Theatre
  • A LEGO creative play zone
  • The return of the Adaptive Climbing Wall
  • A live magician experience
  • Meet Patch, the brand-new Naidex Junior mascot
  • A Children’s Play Area designed for fun, movement and imagination

It's all included with your free ticket.

🔵 Care & Dementia: Now Stronger Together

Two of the sector's most respected events - UK Care Week and The Alzheimer's & Dementia Show - are joining forces in 2026 to become one powerful, unified experience: Care & Dementia.

What does that mean in practice? More joined-up learning. Stronger CPD opportunities. Regulators, care providers and industry leaders in one room. Immersive training - including the  Virtual Dementia Tour, Autism Reality Experience and more - under one roof.

If you work in social care, support people living with dementia, or simply want to understand this world better, this is the most complete version of that conversation that's we’ve ever produced.

🟢 Neuro Rehab

Formerly Neuro Convention, Neuro Rehab now places rehabilitation firmly at the centre of the conversation

Explore:

  • Cutting-edge neurotechnology
  • Clinical guidance sessions
  • Research-led rehabilitation updates
  • Recovery-focused innovation

Whether you're a practitioner, researcher or someone navigating this journey personally, the content here is built for you.

The Recruitment Fair Returns

Inside the Business Without Barriers zone, the Recruitment Fair returns with a simple but powerful mission: connect disabled candidates with employers and vice versa.

No "send us your CV" with nothing that follows. Just open, accessible career conversations.

🗣️ New for 2026: The Conversation Corner

Here's something you won't find at many events.

New for 2026, delivered in partnership with West Midlands Combined Authority, the Conversation Corner is a space built not for listening - but for being heard.

Drop in and share one barrier you face. Suggest one improvement you'd make. Or use the QR code to submit your thoughts in your own time. The topics are the ones that matter most: transport, employment, housing, health, social care, AI and beyond.

Because the future of inclusion needs to be shaped by the people living it every day. That could be you.

Headline Speakers Worth Showing Up For

The 2026 speaker line-up is as big as the event itself.

Richard Whitehead MBE. Ellie Goldstein. Shani Dhanda. Alongside disability advocates, sector leaders and lived-experience voices who are actively reshaping the national conversation.

These aren't warm-up acts. These are people with things worth saying - and a room ready to listen. Check out the full programme here

And So Much More Across the Show Floor

This is still Naidex. Which means there's a lot.
