The Saturday Club for Deaf Children

The club was started in 1976 to provide a social club for deaf children living in the Isle of Wight. It has 36 members with ages ranging from pres-school through to 18. It provides activities, trips, experiences and outings that are focused on developing good social skills, improving communication abilities and increasing self confidence and esteem.
