Brighton Adult ADHD Support Group

A peer-led support group based in Brighton UK for adults (18+) diagnosed or actively seeking diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) established in May 2011. It is run by adults with ADHD for adults with ADHD.

They meet on the 2nd Wednesday of every month offering support, coping strategies and raising awareness of adult ADHD. Coming to a support group to share coping strategies and meeting like-minded people who are dealing with the same issues as you is supportive and motivating. The group is a relaxed social get together of around 10 to 20 people from all walks of life. On arrival you will be welcomed by one of the organisers and you can talk as little or as much as you like. It is a great place to meet new friends, share information, discuss diagnosis and getting access to services, and have fun!
