With a broad range of technologies readily available to organisations, innovation is essential for small businesses to thrive in the modern world.
Transreport is a technology company which uses technology to improve the passenger experience, starting with their Passenger Assist system - launching nationally across the U.K. rail industry this year.
Ara Shikhalislami joined Transreport in 2017 when it was still a small company based in the West Midlands with fewer than 5 employees. In less than 2 years, this fast-growing company now has operations in London, Hong Kong and Australia, and their Passenger Assist solution has been procured by the Rail Delivery Group for national deployment in 2019.
This agile team with diverse skill-sets are constantly being sought after by international stakeholders who want to deploy the Transreport Passenger Assist system across all modes of transport in various countries.
As the Project Manager of the Passenger Assist project, Ara leads the project within Transreport, as well as working closely with the Leadership Team to maintain the key relationships between Transreport, governing bodies, disability charities, rail operators and other stakeholders.
