Mark Thomason

Mark joined Clear Law in June 2020 and he is responsible for the operational management of the department and works closely with Daniel Lee, the Head of Department, in the day to day management of the team. He has been a qualified solicitor for 9 years and particularly enjoys working with complex and severe injury claims thriving on matters requiring an intricate analysis of causation. Mark is a APIL senior litigator and has a special interest in the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, fundraising where he can for them. He has managed his own clinical negligence case load since qualifying and assisted with severe brain injury claims. Mark has settled a number of high value cases, most notably a six figure settlement for a fatal claim following a failure to diagnose a heart condition.
