Mandy Lynch

My name is Mandy Lynch, and I am the Head of Holidays and Short Breaks at Sense – a national charity supporting people who are deafblind or who have complex disabilities. I have worked at Sense in a variety of roles over the last 32 years. I have supported people and managed teams to deliver support in our accommodation services, day services, on holidays, holiday clubs, befriending and PA support and our Virtual offers. The virtual offers include an online befriending service, matching disabled people with a volunteer, and a Siblings and young carers service, providing a range of online activities for those age 5-18 to meet, share experiences with people who understand them and have fun.
