Seated Sewing was born after I was made disabled due to a spinal injury, as I couldn't find practical, fashionable clothing on the high street. I am now proud to call myself an Adaptive Fashion Designer, who collaborates with people around the world, creating bespoke outfits for the disabled community. It is vital that people with disabilities feel and look good, in clothing that is suitable for their bodies, as what we wear has a direct correlation to how we feel. The buzz I get when my clients put clothes on that have been made for them and fit correctly for the first time in their lives is indescribable.
