Jon Dyster
Jon is one of the Premier League’s senior Disability Access Officers having worked in accessibility for last 9 years
He is currently the Disability Access Manager at Arsenal, after previous experience of managing accessibility at Live Nation music festivals, Tottenham Hotspur (including Wembley Stadium), and Manchester City covering football and concerts. He moved in the January transfer window to Arsenal.
Jon has been involved in the development of a major stadium build at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and developing large scale British Sign Language services for UK music festivals.
He has the experience of managing major stadia both operationally and strategically and has developed a large network of contacts across Europe, sitting on advisory groups and mentoring at a national and international level helping to shape the future of accessibility and inclusion within football
He has a passion for ensuring that disabled fans get an equitable and inclusive experience
