Jay Shen

Jay Shen is founder and CEO of Transreport. He’s an accessibility advocate, with a special interest in the Internet of Things and Sensor technology, with a focus on the transport and mobility sector.

Whilst studying for his Ph,D at Warwick University, in 2017, Jay discovered an opportunity to bring technology into the transport sector to create a better travel experience. He used his expertise in engineering and sensor technology to found Transreport with the aim of transforming the transport industry. Jay has recently overseen the launch of Transreport’s flagship technology, Passenger Assistance, which deployed to the entire GB railway network to makes it simpler for disabled passengers to book assistance for rail journeys.
