The UK’s leading disability, inclusion and accessibility event is entering a new era, unveiling a powerful new identity, a more accessible website, and two exciting new additions for 2026: Naidex Junior, a dedicated event for children and young people with disabilities, and Naidex South, a one-day roadshow bringing the Naidex experience closer to communities across the UK.

Naidex 2026 will take place on 25–26 March 2026 at the NEC Birmingham.
Naidex South, the new one-day regional roadshow, will debut on 9 September 2026 at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre.

With a renewed mission to make accessibility more accessible than ever before, the 2026 portfolio marks a pivotal step forward in Naidex’s commitment to supporting disabled people, families, carers, organisations, and professionals at every stage of life.

A New Identity Rooted in Accessibility

For 2026, Naidex has undergone a full brand evolution - led by accessibility, inclusivity, and community insight.

The event has officially transitioned to a vibrant purple, the recognised colour of disability visibility and awareness worldwide. This shift symbolises Naidex’s continued commitment to amplifying disabled voices and elevating the sector with a modern, confident, and empowering identity.

The rebrand also includes a newly designed website, built with accessibility at its core, offering clearer navigation, improved readability, and a more inclusive digital experience for all users.

Introducing Naidex Junior: Supporting the Next Generation

Launching for the first time in 2026, Naidex Junior is a dedicated space for young disabled people, their families, schools, therapists and support networks.

This new event will spotlight:

  • Assistive technology and mobility products for young people
  • Educational support, SEN provision and local authority services
  • Accessible play, sport and leisure
  • Parent and caregiver support pathways

Backed by growing demand from families and industry partners, Naidex Junior represents a major extension of Naidex’s mission to champion independence, support, and opportunity from childhood through adulthood.

Naidex South: Bringing Accessibility Closer

In a major step towards regional accessibility, Naidex is also launching Naidex South - a new one-day roadshow taking place on 9th September 2026 at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre on the Hampshire/Surrey border.

Designed to make the event more accessible geographically, financially and practically, Naidex South will:

  • Bring the Naidex experience closer to communities across the South of England
  • Offer a condensed but high-impact programme
  • Give professionals and organisations easier access to exhibitors and CPD opportunities
  • Help reduce travel barriers that often prevent attendance

This new format reflects Naidex’s commitment to removing the barriers that exist before visitors even reach the event.

A Unified Portfolio, Supporting People at Every Stage

With Naidex as the flagship event - now joined by Naidex Junior, Business Without Barriers and Naidex South - the 2026 portfolio has been designed to support disabled individuals at every life stage, creating a unified and accessible ecosystem of events.

Naidex 2026 will also be co-located with Neuro Rehab (formerly Neuro Convention) and Care & Dementia (formerly The Alzheimer’s & Dementia Show). This strengthened co-location brings together the full continuum of accessibility, rehabilitation and care, offering visitors and exhibitors a broader, more connected experience.

Commercial Director, Josh Waddell said:

“This is a landmark moment for Naidex. Our new brand identity reflects who we are today: bold, inclusive, and committed to removing barriers wherever they exist. With the launch of Naidex Junior and Naidex South, we’re not just expanding our events - we’re expanding access, opportunity and representation for the disability community across the UK.”
