As we prepare to welcome the Naidex community to the NEC this month, the organisers of Naidex reiterate our dedication to hosting an environment that is safe, inclusive, and welcoming for every visitor, exhibitor, and speaker/performer.
Naidex has served as a flagship event for the disability community for over 50-years and is defined by diversity of thought, lived experience, and advocacy. Our program reflects the intersectional nature of disability, featuring a wide array of contributors. We recognise that within such a broad community, a variety of perspectives will exist.
To ensure that all participants can engage fully and safely, alongside the NEC we will continue to have a culture of respect across the show as a condition of entry. We remain committed to the principle that the disability community is strongest when it is inclusive of all identities.
Naidex is, and always will be, a home for the entire community. Our priority is to facilitate a space where everyone feels empowered to participate and where the focus remains on our shared goal of independence and inclusion for all disabled people.
