Major rebrand for UK neuro event as Neuro Rehab name puts rehabilitation front and centre.
The UK's premier event for neurological rehabilitation professionals has announced a major rebrand for 2026. Neuro Convention will become Neuro Rehab, a name that better reflects the event's evolution into a clinically rich, outcomes-focused destination for professionals working across the entire neuro rehabilitation pathway.
With over 1.2 million people in the UK living with acquired brain injury, and neurological conditions now the leading cause of disability nationwide, the demand for effective, evidence-based rehabilitation continues to grow. Neuro Rehab 2026 brings together the clinicians, researchers and rehabilitation specialists working to meet that challenge.
The event takes place 25-26 March 2026 at the NEC Birmingham, attracting 1,500+ specialist professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, neurologists, case managers and rehabilitation consultants from across the NHS, private hospitals, research institutions and leading charities.
"This rebrand represents our commitment to what matters most: improving the lives of people recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and complex neurological conditions," says the Event’s Director, Josh Waddell. “It's about giving physiotherapists, OTs, and SLTs access to what's actually working - not just theory, but practical approaches they can use with patients on Monday morning.”
What To Expect at Neuro Rehab 2026
Neuro Rehab 2026 serves as a vital meeting point for the entire neuro rehabilitation community, offering:
Case Studies from Experts on Clinical Practice: Leading clinicians and researchers share insights from their work, covering assessment techniques, intervention strategies, outcome measurement and best practice across conditions from stroke to traumatic brain injury, spinal injury to progressive neurological diseases.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: The event brings together professionals from across the rehabilitation pathway - physiotherapists, OTs, SLTs, neurologists, nurses, psychiatrists, case managers and researchers - fostering the kind of integrated thinking that drives better patient outcomes.
The Innovation Hub: A dedicated space showcasing practical rehabilitation solutions, from adaptive equipment to emerging technologies. Visitors can trial products through hands-on demonstrations, see them in action, and speak directly with clinicians already using them in practice. This includes advances in mobility aids, communication tools, assessment technologies and therapeutic equipment - all with a focus on real-world application and measurable patient benefit.
CPD-Accredited Learning: All seminars are professionally accredited, with attendees able to earn up to 12 CPD points across the two days, ensuring time at the event contributes directly to formal professional development.
