A group of 4 colleagues sit around a wooden table in a modern office meeting room, discussing work. Laptops are open on the table, and one screen displays text. The room features exposed brick walls, hanging lights, and wall-mounted screens.

Voyage Care, a provider of specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs, has strengthened its digital engagement following a partnership with digital agency WebBox.

The collaboration has delivered a modern, accessible website, alongside an ongoing programme of website optimisation and paid media management.

Together, these initiatives have helped Voyage Care improve online engagement and increase the quality of enquiries generated through its website.

With more than 3,500 people supported across the UK, Voyage Care provides a range of services including residential care, supported living and community-based support. Ensuring that individuals, families, and professionals can easily find information and access the right services online is therefore essential.

A digital platform built around real users

The project began with an extensive discovery process involving workshops with stakeholders from Voyage Care. These sessions helped map the different user journeys across the organisation’s audiences, including individuals receiving care, their families, social care professionals, case managers and commissioners.

Will Roberts, Managing Director at WebBox, said: “From discovery through to launch and beyond, we engaged stakeholders from across the organisation to gather insights, streamline processes, and define a shared vision. The result is a website that not only reflects Voyage Care’s purpose and values but also drives real engagement and delivers measurable results.”

“Beyond launch, we’re working through a forward-looking roadmap for continuous website development - one that includes the use of AI, personalisation, and conversion rate optimisation to further enhance the user experience.

Will added: “As one of the UK’s largest care providers, Voyage Care is committed to continually improving service provision alongside an improved digital experience. That’s why we continue to support them with a data-led digital marketing strategy that adapts to trends and audience needs, helping capture enquiries more effectively across all services.”

The new accessible WordPress website is designed to make it easier for users to navigate services, find relevant information and submit enquiries. The site also meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, ensuring it remains usable for a wide range of users and devices.

A website that reflects Voyage Care’s purpose

For Voyage Care, the website needed to do more than simply present information; it needed to reflect the organisation’s values while helping people connect with services quickly and easily.

Caroline Byram, Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs at Voyage Care, said: “We’re proud to launch a website that reflects our commitment to putting the people we support at the heart of everything we do. As a purpose-led organisation, it is important that our digital presence reflects our warmth, inclusivity, and integrity. With support from WebBox, we’ve created a more intuitive platform that helps individuals, families, and professionals connect with us more easily and access the right support, at the right time.”

The new site also integrates with Voyage Care’s Dynamics CRM, ensuring enquiries submitted through the website can be managed and responded to more efficiently.

Continuous improvement beyond launch

Rather than viewing the website launch as a one-off project, Voyage Care and WebBox continue to work together through an ongoing programme of digital improvement.

This includes analysing user behaviour, refining key user journeys, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates across the website. New technologies such as AI-driven personalisation and enhanced navigation tools are also being explored to further improve the experience for users.

Supporting growth with paid media

Alongside the website development and optimisation work, WebBox also supports Voyage Care with its paid media strategy.

By combining campaign performance data with website insights, the team continually refines how Voyage Care reaches individuals seeking care and support online. This joined-up approach ensures the organisation not only increases visibility but also attracts higher-quality enquiries from the audiences most likely to benefit from its services.
