London Fashion Week is set to see a groundbreaking moment in September 2025, as adaptive fashion brand ‘Unhidden’ takes to the runway with a powerful new collection.

Founded by designer and garment technologist Victoria Jenkins, Unhidden creates fashion-forward pieces designed for everybody, disabled and non-disabled alike. The brand is the first and only adaptive wear label to join the British Fashion Council, representing the one billion people globally who live with a disability.

Milestone Moment in Fashion

This September marks Unhidden’s third runway show, but importantly, its first appearance on the official London Fashion Week main schedule. The event will be hosted at Istituto Marangoni London where Jenkins studied fashion design and graduated in 2008 signifying the school’s continued support of its alumni.

The show, supported by global consulting firm AlixPartners, will unveil a new collection of 20 looks, modelled exclusively by individuals living with disabilities, chronic conditions, or visible differences. By centering disabled talent, Unhidden demonstrates what true representation and inclusion on the catwalk looks like something rarely seen in the industry.

A Designer Leading Change

Victoria Jenkins founded Unhidden after her own lived experience with disability, combining 16 years of expertise in garment technology with a passion for inclusivity. Her work has been recognised widely appearing as a guest judge on The Great British Sewing Bee, being featured on Vogue’s Power 25 list, and named among Vogue Business’ 100 Innovators.

Earlier in 2024, Victoria made history by co-designing a range with Primark, bringing adaptive fashion to 96 stores across 10 countries the first time a global brand had committed to adaptive design at scale. Since then, the brand has continued to grow after being acquired by The Brand Group, paving the way for wider retail and licensing partnerships.

Looking Ahead

With one billion people worldwide living with a disability, Unhidden’s presence on one of fashion’s biggest stages is a timely and powerful statement. As the brand continues to expand its reach, its message is clear: adaptive fashion is not a niche, but a vital part of the future of retail.

The invite-only show will take place on Thursday 18th September 2025 at Istituto Marangoni, London (30 Fashion Street, E1 6PX), doors at 5pm.

Unhidden isn’t just reshaping the fashion industry it’s setting the standard for what true inclusivity looks like.
