Seminar Title: The Care Act (2014) and Deafblind Assessments – five years on!

The Care Act (2014) came in to force in April 2015, outlining clear rights for people who are deafblind in particular for specialist assessments, and their potential outcomes. Five years later we pose the question of what has been the impact for this group? We will use new research to discuss if the law is being met if people are aware of their rights and how can we increase awareness.

Graham Nolan and Christine Hardy will be speaking in the following theatres:

Theatre 7 - Tuesday at 14.00 - 14.30: The Care Act (2014) and Deafblind Assessments – five years on!
