Richard spent five years as a teacher before starting a 35 year career in Information Technology. He has experience of developing computer solutions and applications to suit a wide range of industry sectors including finance and accounts management and a range of retail and service industries such as Construction and Medical. Since 2005 he has been working as an advanced rehabilitation instructor in public leisure centres and visiting stroke survivors in their homes. Since 2016, the Stroke Today team have developed an innovative telerehabilitation product called Life After Stroke to enable stroke survivors recover at home.
