Mik Scarlet

After 3 decades of working in the media, Mik has now carved a career in the EDOI arena. Acknowledged as one of the UK's leading experts on inclusive practice and design, Mik has worked on projects as varied as access advisor on multimillion pound building projects through to teaching school children about disability. He has lectured on inclusive design at various universities and design schools, and has delivered equality and inclusive service training to businesses all over the UK and Europe.
Alongside this part of his career, Mik recently was appointed as Co-CEO of the disability charity Phab. With a great deal of their work focusing on supporting disabled and non-disabled chdilren to mix, form friendships and make amazing memories, Mik has doubled down on his drive to promote inclusive thinking in design and business with the aim of making our tomorrow's better and more accessible for us all.
