Julian has worked in the field of equality and diversity for over 25 years, and is passionate about making services more accessible and inclusive. As a disabled road user himself, he understands the importance of working with disabled people, and the organisations that represent them, to help improve our roads which are so vital to enabling disabled people to travel safely and independently.
