About Sally Ward

Sally is a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant who built her expertise at BT Group plc.
In a 15-year career as an Inclusion Specialist at BT Sally led some ground-breaking projects which had a significant impact for disabled employees. For example, Sally created the Disability Passport that many disability networks and organisations are now familiar with.
She has been working with PurpleSpace for nearly 18 months now and has spent the time adding new resources to the library, creating the Purple Confidence Toolkit, reaching out to potential new members and supporting our consultancy work in “Starting Out” and “Impact Reviews”. Sally is happiest when she’s working with people helping them improve their disability confidence and supporting their networks to be best in class.
