This Autumn, Naidex will host its first-ever roadshow at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.

Dates and timings
Naidex Roadshow South take place on September 9, 2026. It will open at 9.30am and close at 4.30pm.

The show floor will feature 70 cutting-edge suppliers showcasing the latest in mobility solutions, lifestyle products aiding independence and assistive technology.
Main Stage
Our packed conference programme will feature powerful stories from those with lived experience and expert insights shaping the future of accessibility, disability, and independent living.

Delivering support for SEND children: Exploring how we can ensure children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities receive timely diagnosis, effective support, and positive educational outcomes from the earliest stages.
Building inclusive transport: A panel session bringing together leaders from a variety of transport services to consider how accessibility can be embedded throughout passenger journeys.
Disability can be funny: Comedian, writer and actor, Joshua Robertson will share his remarkable journey of resilience and finding humour in everyday challenges following a devasting quad bike accident that left him with a physical disability.
Access to work barriers: Inclusion specialist and broadcaster Shani Dhanda will discuss the impact of the Access to Work scheme in removing workplace barriers.
Creating career opportunities: This panel will bring together individuals with lived experience, educators, employers, and advocates to explore how schools, colleges, and support services can help SEND learners develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive beyond education.
Creating accessible environments: This session will look at how accessibility can be prioritised, funded, and embedded from the outset rather than treated as a costly afterthought.
Revolutionising adventure for disabled people and wounded veterans: Join disabled adventurer Nick Wilson as he shares the inspiring story behind 50at50, an ambitious challenge designed to break down barriers and redefine what is possible for disabled people and wounded veterans.

Just like our main show, Naidex Roadshow will champion the neuro rehab sector, delivering top-tier CPD-accredited sessions.
The Naidex Professionals programme will feature influential talks, panel discussions and Q&A sessions designed to inspire, challenge and equip rehabilitation professionals for the future.
