As National Disability Manager for one of the largest sports governing bodies, Lyndsey is the strategic lead and knowledge expert for disability and para cycling.
Her role spans recreational cycling , as well as the para talent pathway.
and she responsible for designing and implementing a business wide inclusive cycling framework with the over arching aim to improve and increase opportunities for disabled people to love cycling.
Lyndsey project manages Limitless - British Cycling's award-winning inclusive cycling programme. Limitless launched in February 2023 and is already making a huge impact.
