LGIM Global Diversity & Inclusion Programme Partner, Legal & General Investment Management Limited

Jacquline is an Equity, Inclusion and Diversity specialist and her current position is Global Diversity & Inclusion Programme Partner at Legal & General Investment Managers. Her role and remit include creating global strategic DEI plans, goals and programmes aligned to LGIM business priorities.
Jacquline currently works with a variety of internal and external stakeholders such as Talent, Acquisition, Distribution, Communications, Employee Networks, HR Business leadership teams and LGIM Executive leaders as well as external partners to ensure that all activities are aligned to delivering the LGIM / L&G D&I agenda.
Jacquline was appointed to the Welsh Government Race Equality Action Taskforce to support the development of the Race Equality Action Plan. She previously headed up the Corporate Partnership approach at Urban Synergy a mentoring charity driving change for racial equity and social inclusion for marginalised communities, where she built strong partnerships working with leading organisations such as PwC, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, VMware, Salesforce, M&G Prudential, and London Stock Exchange, to name a few, supporting initiatives that focus on the advancement of black representation and inclusion in the workplace.
Jacquline is also a member of the Diversity Project Steering Committee.
Jacquline has also spearheaded strategic programmes for EDI at Lloyds Banking Group. Creating immersive initiatives to bring to life the importance of culture, Inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
Prior to working in DEI Jacquline was a former Banker and held Regional Senior Management roles at various Banks where she led branch teams for Santander, Bradford & Bingley and Abbey National as well as strategic roles at Barclays and One Savings Bank.
Jacquline is a strategic thinker having completed an MBA in Business Administration at Westminster University.
