Harriet Roberts

Harriet started her career on the Lloyds Scholars Programme in 2012, before joining the Commercial Banking Graduate programme at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) in 2016. Harriet has worked in a variety roles across product, strategy and innovation at LBG, but throughout this time has remained a passionate advocate of the DE&I agenda. Harriet is currently the Disability & Neurodiversity lead at LBG, of which LBG’s bold ambition to be a leading UK business for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is a key strand.
