Read what some of our visitors say about Naidex:
“Great way of answering queries and questions we had before we came to Naidex. We have been to the CPD and Sling seminars which have been really useful and received our certificate of attendance to add to our portfolios. It is my first time at the show, and is a great way to catch up with latest products and innovations. One of the best aspect is the fact you are involved and it’s nice to know you are not missing anything. You can reassure yourself that you are investigating products at the show, keeping up to date with latest advancements in our industry and therefore give the best service. It is also a great way to try out products that you have ordered for people.” Sharon Wilson, Social Services and Becky from Dursley Locality Office. OT Technician and OT.
“Very very interesting, lots of new products and much more than we expected. There are so many new designs which we haven’t seen yet such as the 360 drink sip and wheelchair products which are fantastic. It is great to have the chance to see and test products we have heard about.” Miss Stephanie Hawkings, OT Cambridgeshire community services / Teresa Bodal community Physio therapist.
“Brilliant show, lovely feel and buzz,”
Physio therapist from Whitehouse Medical Legal Services, Diane Wilkinson.
It has been brilliant and really informative. The seminar about autism has been very interesting as I have aspergous syndrome. Especially being a nursery nurse, I am around children who are autistic so it is great to see things relating to myself. This was the main thing I wanted to see. Not disappointed at all”. Anne Fox, Student Nurse- Birmingham City University
“We come here every year and it is very good and have seen something really new from stairsteady which is great. It is very comprehensive and nicely done as always”.
Miss Sabine Mye, Director, Tibtel Ltd
“I think it is great, my first time at the show and I am here with my boss and we work in Forensics. We are getting more clients that need adaptations which is why we have decided to come here. I think it’s fantastic and really worthwhile”.
Mr Paul Mutrum, OT, Banburg Clinic.
“There is a lot of equipment which is excellent for someone like me. There is a lot to choose from and look at which is great and I do enjoy coming to the show and like the fact it helps you to keep up to date with what is available. Also a great place to meet people”.
Anne Gregory – nurse and head of care – St Roses School, Stroud
“Very impressed with the variety of exhibitors and its amazing and very beneficial for disabled people and I have had quite a few people tell me that”
Sue King, AWC
It is the best Naidex ever and nicest looking show in many years.”
David Stone, Managing Director, TGA
“I think it’s wonderful, I didn’t realise just how big the exhibition is and being slightly disabled myself, there is so much here for me to look at and seems that every sort of disability is catered for here. I think it is an absolutely phenomenal exhibition and I am pleased to be part of it and do something on behalf of the wheelchair users”.
Dave Prowse, member of public
“We have had a great day, really special to be around other wheelchair users. Quality of exhibitors and helpfulness of staff have been fantastic”.
Sally Mitchell, Able Radio.
“I had no idea what a massive event Naidex was, there really is something for everybody. I hoped to find something that would change my life and am delighted with my iRobot Roomba 530 vacuum cleaning robot from Mower Magic Limited – it may sound silly but this will make such a different to me and my girlfriend who is also disabled. I will certainly be coming back next year and bringing her with me!”
