Who can attend Naidex 2010?


Naidex 2010 is open to healthcare professionals, trade visitors, and members of the public.

How can I register?

The quickest way to register will be on this website. Click here to register for the show.

What are the event’s opening times?

 Tuesday 20th April 2010  10.00 - 17.00hrs
 Wednesday 21st April 2010  10.00 - 17.00hrs
 Thursday 22nd April 2010  10.00 - 16.00hrs

What are the disabled facilities?

As a world class exhibition venue, the NEC is fully accessible. For more information visit the relevant section of the NEC website.

When will I receive a visitor badge?

Around two to three weeks prior to the event your badge will be sent to you.

What if the details on my visitor badge are incorrect?

When you arrive at the event, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

What if I have forgotten my badge when I visit the show?

Go to the registration desk outside the entrance and give staff your name. They will locate your details on their computer system and print off a new badge for you.

How can I register my colleagues?

Your colleagues are able to register online, please click here to do so. Alternatively you can call the ticket hotline and request ticket registration forms to be sent to them, which they will need to fill in and return. The ticket helpline number is 01923 690 656

Can I register when I arrive at the event?

Yes you can, but it more time consuming than pre-registering on line or by phone, as queues build as people fill out their forms. Click here to fill out the online form

What if I don’t receive my badge pre-show?

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your badge and welcome pack before the show, don't worry! You will receive an email the week before which will contain your unique reference number. Simply print off this email and bring it with you on the day and we will print you another badge. If you forget to print the email, just give your name at the registration desk and we will manually search for your details in order to print another badge.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes – adjacent to the front entrance of the venue. Please click here for more information.

Is there a cloakroom at the venue?

Yes there is a cloakroom in the atrium: adjacent to Halls 18 & 19.

Can I bring children to the event?

Yes you can – but there is no need for under 18s to pre-register.

I am a student, am I able to attend the event?

Yes you can - you will need to pre-register to attend the event.

What catering facilities are there?

There are a wide range of catering facilities both throughout the Atrium and in the Halls.

Is there a cash point?

There's a NatWest Bank situated in the Piazza close to Hall 1. There are also cash dispesnsers located next to Hall 4, opposite Hall 8 and next to Hall 20.

Where can I get information on accommodation and what to do in the evenings during my visit?
